A RSS module that adds an element at the <channel> level that specifies the ISSN of the publication

Description
One element is defined.
number -- if present as a sub-element of <channel>, it specifies the ISSN for the publication represented by the feed.
Multiple <number> elements are allowed, indicating that the publication has more than one ISSN.
