Wall Street Journal RSS Feeds

Today the Wall Street Journal announced their new RSS feeds.

They look good, but...

1. To access stories pointed to by the first set of feeds, you must be a subscriber. I don't really have a problem with this, I'm not a WSJ subscriber, so I probably won't subscribe to these feeds. But I like that they're public, and it seems like it might be a good way for them to attract new subscribers.

2. The second set don't require that you pay, but you do have to register. I didn't know this at first, so I subscribed to the OpinionJournal feed, and found out when I clicked on an editorial that interests me and was asked to log in. Now I'm not sure if I'm going to continue to subscribe to this feed.

On the other hand...

3. It's fantastic that the Wall Street Journal, a very important publication, is supporting RSS. Now there are only a handful of holdouts. The Journal was one of the juiciest. Next will be Newsweek?
